Terms of booking system

1. Log in with your username (login) and password, if you are already a registered customer.
   Reservations can be made with a minimum credit of 100,-CZK on the B1F account or valid pass or membership.
   Get the Login and Password at our receptions:

   Please note: Cancellation
   • on-line no later than 12 hours before the class starts
   • if you do not participate in the booked class, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100, - CZK or 1 entrance of the pass or 1 day will from your membership or month pass.
2. Reservations list - you will find a list of all your bookings there
3. List of the passes - here you will find a list of your season passes
4. New reservation - Click on a class in the calendar or select it in the list. Selected goal turns dark green. You can also book multiple terms by clicking to more goals. Click button Reserve under the calendar. It is necessary to confirm in on the next page by clicking Reserve once more.
5. Cancellation - use button Cancel in the List of reservations
   • You can cancel the classes on-line at least 12 hours before the class starts
   • If you do not participate in the booked class, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100, - CZK from your credit or 1 entrance from your pass or in case o months pass, the system will make your pass 1 day shorter
   • you can also cancel the reservation at the reception desk
